Student Receives Email from Composer

Hello Liam,
My name is Timothy Brown and your Grandfather has influenced my
life as a composer greatly. I was so impressed with the video of your piano performance that your Grandmother posted on facebook. You are off to a wonderful start with your piano study. (Much energy in your playing and a natural technique that shows much potential.) How fortunate you are to be blessed with a family that will appreciate and nurture your talents and gifts. Keep up the good work and I’ll look forward to hearing exciting news about your future musical endeavors.
My Best Wishes,
Timothy Brown

Now they are all teenagers, with the oldest a Senior in High School, but all are still actively developing their skill at piano with Larissa. Beverly asked me to write some thoughts on what we’ve done to encourage their continued work and growth in music. Full article and performance videos >
